MMG designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed a 22,210 SF secure modular facility meeting ICD 705 standards.
The secure facility includes 2 vestibules, 40 4-person workstations, 13 offices, 5 conference rooms, women’s and men’s restrooms, wellness rooms, breakrooms, print/copy areas, a riser room, an electrical room, and janitor’s closets.
The scope of work includes HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler.
The facility is equipped with steps, ramps, and canopies and is ADA compliant.
