Modular Management Group, Inc. constructs Temporary Office Modular Project at Randolph Air Force Base

Modular Management Group, Inc. a leader in modular construction, announced today the successful construction completion of a Temporary Office Modular Project (TOMP) at Randolph Air Force Base in Texas.

The 13,104 square foot modular building was designed and constructed by Modular Management Group, Inc. In addition, the company will also provide the lease of the building.

The facility will serve as a temporary administrative office in support of the 19th Air Force during the renovation of their existing building.

The floor plan includes a vestibule, 21 offices, open spaces for office cubicles, two conference rooms, two IT rooms, break room, restrooms, storage and a janitor’s closet. The modular building is equipped with canopies, steps and ramps meeting all ADA requirements.

Modular Management Group, Inc. completed the Temporary Office Modular Project in mid-March of 2019.

MODULAR MANAGEMENT GROUP COMPLETES MODULAR CONSTRUCTION ON

HIGHLY ANTICIPATED INVISIBLE WOUNDS CLINIC

FORT WORTH, TX – September 5, 2018 – Modular Management Group, Inc. (MMG), an experienced small-business modular contractor, announced the successful completion of the Invisible Wounds Clinic.

The 24-module, 18,348 square foot modular building will support the 96th Medical Group at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The building will serve as a medical facility to treat patients suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and associated pain conditions.

The Invisible Wounds Clinic has an environmentally-sensitive design complete with state-of-the-art technologies that will enable functionality, comfort, and exceptional comprehensive healthcare.

“Understanding the vision and mission of Eglin’s Invisible Wounds was crucial in providing a high-quality environment for patients, families, and personnel,” said John Bennett, Chief Operating Officer at Modular Management Group, Inc. “The speed of execution for this project was less than 12 months, allowing us to minimize disruption of hospital operations.”

The facility supports various departments including Administrative, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Food Service. The building floorplan includes waiting/lobby area, behavioral health data portal kiosk, patient check-in, offices, conference rooms, screening rooms, exam rooms, treatment rooms, a medication room, therapy rooms, exercise area, bathrooms / showers / locker rooms, demonstration kitchen, dayroom, copy/office supply room, staff lounge area, clean/soiled utility rooms, comm rooms, electrical rooms, and storage.

Modular Management Group, Inc. worked as the Designer of Record under the Prime Contractor, SES Construction and Fuel Services, LLC. to design, deliver and install this World-Class Medical Facility. The Invisible Wounds clinic is anticipated to open its doors to military service personnel in September of 2018.
