Modular Management Group was responsible to design, manufacture, install, and provide the furniture for 2 modular SCIF buildings totaling 44k SQFT at Edwards AFB.
Building #1 is 22,000 SQFT SCIF and includes various workstations, restrooms, break rooms, 2 print/copy areas, several conference rooms, collaborative offices, janitor closets, vestibules, riser rooms, and comm rooms.
Building #2 is 22,000 SQFT SCIF and includes various workstations, women’s and men’s restrooms, a break room, 2 print/copy areas, 4 conference rooms, collaborative offices, a janitor closet, a vestibule, a riser room, and a comm room.
Both buildings also include HVAC, Fire Alarm, Furniture, IDS and ACS, Data and Comm, and Lightning Protection.
The ADA compliant facility is equipped with decks, steps, and ramps.
