Edwards AFB Relocatable Modular Facility

Modular Management Group, Inc. designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed a 4,656 SF modular building.

MMG designed this building to be an extension of an existing building.

This relocatable facility includes a vestibule, restrooms, a breakroom, a printing area, a riser room, a janitor closet, a storage closet, 6 bullpen workstations, 16 workstations, 2 offices, and a conference room.

Also included in the scope of work is HVAC, wall-mounted data comm, fire suppression, and furniture.

Equipped with stairs, ramps, and canopies, this facility meets ADA requirements

NAS Lemoore Line Shacks Modular Building

Modular Management Group, Inc. designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed a 42’ X 60’ modular building totaling 2,520 SQFT.

The modular facility includes a large open office area. Some items included in the scope of work were HVAC, electrical, and data comm.

Equipped with stairs, ramps, and canopies, this facility meets ADA requirements.

Portable Item Storage Shelter SCIF

Modular Management Group, Inc. performed as a Subcontractor for this project

MMG designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed a 1,034 SF secure modular facility meeting ICD 705 standards.

The modular facility has an occupancy load of 42 people.

The floor plan includes a classroom, offices, an IT room, and a man trap.

Additional scope of work includes a fire alarm system and building access systems.

VAMC San Francisco – Modular Office Lease

Modular Management Group, Inc. performed as a Subcontractor to Integrated Modular Solutions, Inc.

MMG designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed a 10,020 SF modular facility to serve as a swing space for VAMC San Francisco.

Additionally, MMG is leasing and providing the maintenance of the facility.

The modular facility accommodates administrative and clinical care functions that are impacted due to the Building 8 seismic retrofit construction project.

Additional scope of work items includes foundation design, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, electrical, aluminum gutters and downspouts, and systems furniture (supplied by Tri County Office Furniture).

Test Pilot School – Space Force

Modular Management Group was responsible to design, manufacture, install, and provide the furniture and maintenance for a 9,240 SF modular Test Pilot School for the Space Force at Edwards AFB, CA.

The new modular facility is an addition to an existing USAF Test Pilot School and has been designed to connect seamlessly with the existing structure by matching the façade with stucco and other structural and technological details.

The floorplan includes a naturally lit vestibule, waiting area, corridors, multiple offices, open floor office areas, small to large conference rooms, Team rooms, IT offices, IT storage, IT lab, comm room, men’s and women’s restrooms and showers, locker area, wellness room, janitor room, electrical room, and a riser room.

The scope of work includes a Grade Beam Foundation, Underground utilities, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Mass Notification, Fire Sprinkler, Data Comm. MMG also provided furniture throughout the facility.

The facility is equipped with steps, ramps and canopies and is ADA compliant.

HEC Secure Modular Building

Modular Management Group designed, manufactured, and installed a 12’ x 40’, 480 SF secure modular building for the City of Houston Police Department.

Scope of work includes Project Management, Data Comm Cabling, and RF Shielding.

The floorplan includes an open office area, man trap, and an MDF room.

The building is complete with an aluminum ramp, deck, and canopy over the front door which meets ADA requirements.

Kirtland AFB – Lease of Secure Modular Facility

Modular Management Group was responsible for the design, manufacture, install, lease, and providing the furniture and maintenance for a secure modular facility totaling 19,978 SF for the United States Space Force at Kirtland AFB, NM.

The floorplan includes a naturally lit vestibule, waiting area, corridors, multiple offices, open floor office areas, small to large conference rooms, Team rooms, IT offices, IT storage, IT lab, comm room, men’s and women’s restrooms, and showers, locker area, wellness room, janitor room, electrical room, and a riser room.

The scope of work includes a Grade Beam Foundation, Underground utilities, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Mass Notification, Fire Sprinkler, Lightning Protection, Data/Comm, PA System, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV. MMG also provided furniture throughout the facility.

The facility is equipped with steps, ramps, and canopies and is ADA-compliant.

University of Florida – REEF Modular Program Area SCIF

Modular Management Group, Inc. performed this project as a subcontractor on this project.

MMG designed, manufactured and installed a 6,000 SQFT secure modular facility.

The building is on a concrete stem wall foundation at finish grade.

Scope of work includes Single point of connection for electricity, conduits at walls for data and comm, surface mounted as required no conduit home runs, end mount HVAC for the offices and conference rooms, mini split for server room, VCG walls, VCT or carpet tile on floors, stand-alone fire system, ESD flooring in comm rooms, 6×6 aluminum canopy and posts, rain gutters, furniture except in the conference rooms. The modular facility also includes 60 DB RF FOIL, Interior or Exterior STC-rated doors, RF doors or specialty hardware, Data Comm, IDS/ACS.

The floorplan includes a vestibule, man trap, open office area for cubicles, break area, fire riser, electrical room, women’s and men’s restrooms, offices, two conference rooms, two comm rooms, and security closet.

Lease of Modular Dormitories

Modular Management Group was responsible to deliver, install, lease, and provide the maintenance for 20 temporary modular dorm buildings totaling 37,048 SF at Goodfellow AFB.

The Large Modular Dormitories include five (5) buildings with 16 rooms in each, totaling 80 rooms. Twenty-eight rooms include one (1) Queen-sized bunk bed to accommodate 2 personnel per room with built-in furniture, a television, microwave, small refrigerator, and a bathroom per unit.  Fifty-Two rooms include two twin beds with built-in furniture, a television, microwave, small refrigerator, and a bathroom per unit. Full capacity for all 5 buildings = 160 people.

The Small Modular Dormitories include fourteen (14) buildings with five (5) rooms in each, totaling 70 rooms. Each room include one (1) Extended Full-sized bunk bed with built-in furniture to accommodate 2 personnel per room, with built-in furniture, a television, microwave, small refrigerator, and a bathroom per unit. Full capacity for all 14 buildings = 140 people.

The project also includes one (1) Administration Building with a kitchen area, reception area, offices, meeting rooms and a laundry facility.  The laundry facility includes eighteen (18) residential style dryers (commercial grade, not coin operated), and twenty-one (21) residential style washers (commercial grade, not coin operated)

All buildings include a Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler.  MMG installed 10 ft. wide wood decking to connect all the buildings ( approximately 16,000 SF of Pressure treated wood decking).

95 Man South Modular Building

Modular Management Group designed, constructed and installed this ruggedized modular building totaling 9,989 SF to serve as office space.

The facility includes a vestibule, offices, one secured room meeting ICD 705 standards, open office space, conference room, comm room, breakroom, storage room, men and women’s restrooms, and a janitor’s closet.

Complete with steps, ramps, and canopies with wind break this building is ADA compliant.
