Secure Modular Facilities

Modular Management Group, Inc. performed this project as the lead subcontractor for this project. MMG provided all labor, material, transportation, equipment, travel expenses and qualified supervision to design, fabricate, transport, and install modular facilities per project plans, RFP documents and any required government documentation.
NGAD SCIF Modular Buildings
Modular Management Group was responsible to design, manufacture, install, and provide the furniture for 2 modular SCIF buildings totaling 44k SQFT at Edwards AFB.
Building #1 is 22,000 SQFT SCIF and includes various workstations, restrooms, break rooms, 2 print/copy areas, several conference rooms, collaborative offices, janitor closets, vestibules, riser rooms, and comm rooms.
Building #2 is 22,000 SQFT SCIF and includes various workstations, women’s and men’s restrooms, a break room, 2 print/copy areas, 4 conference rooms, collaborative offices, a janitor closet, a vestibule, a riser room, and a comm room.
Both buildings also include HVAC, Fire Alarm, Furniture, IDS and ACS, Data and Comm, and Lightning Protection.
The ADA compliant facility is equipped with decks, steps, and ramps.
Peterson SFB Relocatable Modular Facility SCIF Lease
Modular Management Group, Inc. performed as a Subcontractor to Olgoonik Enterprises.
MMG designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed a 22,210 SF secure modular facility meeting ICD 705 standards.
The secure facility includes 2 vestibules, 40 4-person workstations, 13 offices, 5 conference rooms, women’s and men’s restrooms, wellness rooms, breakrooms, print/copy areas, a riser room, an electrical room, and janitor’s closets.
The scope of work includes HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler.
The facility is equipped with steps, ramps, and canopies and is ADA compliant.
